Podcast created with Alphabet’s Notebook LM.
Today’s podcast shares my financial literacy lessons. It emphasizes the importance of making wise life choices, such as selecting a supportive spouse and delaying significant life steps, like starting a family, until one is financially stable. Education and competency are crucial for earning, whether through traditional degrees or skilled trades, as well as proactive saving and investing for retirement, including utilizing various retirement accounts. I also highlight the value of real estate investment and taking calculated risks to achieve financial freedom. Success is attainable through discipline, wise financial choices, a strong/competent partner, and hard work.

If we want better children, we must become better adults. If we want stronger communities, we must first strengthen ourselves.

ABOUT ME
I am a proud nerd (as my beautiful wife and daughter have told me) and an investment and finance blogger with an NC State, Chemical Engineering, University of Rutgers MBA, and Harvard University Advanced Management.
I left a corporate career to make a difference as a speaker and writer. I was blessed to be coached and mentored by strong women and men in my family and professional life. It is my time to serve and give back.
