Rivian's stock launched on November 10, 2021. Approximately 153 million shares sold at an offering price of $78.00 to the lucky and already wealthy investors.  The shares began trading on the Nasdaq at $106.75.  With ONLY 156 trucks produced Rivian is valued at over $100 Billion.  General Motors will produce about 2.5 million vehicles (in U.S. and Canada) in 2021 and has a valuation of ONLY $92 Billion.

The Feds increased 401K contribution limits to $20,500 in 2022, which is an increase from years 2020 and 2021 limit of $19,500. Catch-up contributions to retirement accounts for those age 50 and up will remain unchanged at $6,500.
